This is more lightly peated, allowing its fresh, coastal maritime character to shine through. This is a real gem. It has no artificial colouring and is not chill- filtered to allow a maximisation of the aroma as well as the depth and breadth of flavours. It is matured in 80% Bourbon and 20% sherry Aloroso casks.
