This gem of a whiskey was distilled in 2007, bottled in July 2023 aged in Pedro Ximénez puncheon hand-selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker. A beautiful burgundy in colour, the PX influence results in earth aromas of figs with cherries, plums and black forest fruits with flavours of cinnamon, dark chocolate and raisins. Rich, complex and syrupy, it's bottled at a robust 58%.
