The Midleton Distillerys barrel club is a group that was created in 2021 with a limit of 500 members. The fourth exclusive that has been sent out to members is this presentation pack of a bottle of Powers John's Lane Cask Strength with 3 samples of the Deconstructed Powers John's Lane elements. Launching 12 years after the introduction of Powers John’s Lane whiskey, this twelve-year-old cask strength edition will be batch-released each year. This release is bursting with flavour and character. Matured for at least 12 years, mainly in first fill American bourbon casks with a small contribution of distillate which has been matured in Oloroso sherry butts. Lots of rich pot still spice with vanilla, manuka honey, and dried apricot on the palate.
