A full-proof version of this classic rye-tinged bourbon, unbelievably smooth for a spirit of its strength. Spicy orange-berry nose with tobacco notes and a spicy sweet taste. Plenty of rye flavor. This is the older bottling from the old distillery before it was taken over by beam. Some say this is the better bourbon compared to the newer bottling.
