Ripe, deep, crystalline, with an extraordinary nose and palate. Over 30 years of bottle age have integrated all the aromas and flavours, forming a unique champagne, filled with citrus fruits, almonds, pears, marzipan, white truffles and gingerbread. The chamoagne is perfectly mature and ready now.
