Distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2022, this was the first official Dingle Single Cask released outside Ireland, produced exclusively for the German market in collaboration with Kirsch. Matured for 8 years in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry cask and bottled at cask strength, only 312 bottles were produced. A rich, sherry-driven and highly collectible Dingle release with strong international appeal.
