In 1955 Cork Distilleries Company created a light bodied irish whiskey called "Original Irish The Very Best Imported Whiskey" after 3 years they renamed it too "Dunphy's Original Irish The Very Best Imported Whiskey". With the growth in popularity of Irish coffee in the US this was desitned for their export market. This bottling was discontinued in 1988. I would say this bottle dates from the late 70s to early 80s.
