When it comes to unique bottlings Killowen really knows how to set it self apart from the rest.Aged in ex Tasmanian Pinot Noir casks and ex Tasmanian Malt Whisky casks. This whiskey is made using a mixed mashbill,then being dried in an upcycled clothes drier and fired in hand built stills. This whiskey certainly got created in a less convensional way.
