An exciting and very expressive smoky peated release from Waterford Whisky! This second of a two part series from Waterford offers a Single Malt produced from barley from the Fenniscourt farm and peat harvested in County Kildare. This 100% Irish expression combines an intense smoky character with the earthy and saline notes of the terroir. A hint of spices warms up the tasting and takes us to fresher vegetal flavours.
