129 : Redbreast 12 Gilbeys Bottling 1960s with Letter

One of the iconic whiskeys in Irish whiskey history.This bottle is one of the last of the originals, dating to the 1980s, it contains whiskey from some of the last whiskey to be distilled in Jameson’s Bow Street distillery which closed in 1971 and moved to Midleton in East Cork. From the letter this was bottled in 1969 and seems to have some 15 year old Whiskey mixed in. Certainly an anomly.
