Im a big fan of independent bottlers as they allow you to try new whiskeys at more reasonable prices. Or get some amazing single casks that may not have seen the market otherwise. This single malt was distilled in 2008, filled into a single hogshead and matured until 2019. It was then split into four small Oloroso sherry octaves in 2019, before being married together in 2020 and bottled.
