When it comes to master blenders theres not many that are more well known than Billy Walker. With his desire to use vintage stocks from the Glenallachie Distillery to create a truly one of a kind 30 year old whiskey. With this in mind he set to work meticulously supervising the development of the resting whisky within each earmarked casks until the interaction between distillery and wood was perfect.To show case Glenallachie in its truest form this whisky was bottled at cask strength and non chill filtered. With just 2000 bottles worldwide this is a combination of eight hand-selected PX, Oloroso and virgin oak casks.
