The Cooper’s Choice From The Sample Room Sweet & Smoky Refilled Sherry Cask Finish is a blended malt made from 15 malts including Caol Ila, Bunnahabhain, Laphroaig, Mortlach and Benrinnes and bottled by the independent bottler Cooper’s Choice (Vintage Malt Whisky Company). This From The Sample Room release matured in a refill sherry cask and was bottled in 2021 at 44,1% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, a limited edition of 570 bottles were made.
