Each bottling is distilled from barley from a single farm.Five miles north of Wexford town – a stone’s throw from the Blackwater – his land sits on the Seafield Series derived from sand & mudstones. Like all expressions in the series, this comes in at 50% ABV and has been maturation in four different casks including French Limousin and Virgin American oak.
