A 26 year old single pot still Irish whiskey filled into the cask in October 1991. Initially matured in bourbon and sherry casks, before the spirit was repacked into a single Marsala butt for further maturation. Resulting in fresh fruit flavours and pot still spice, that was bottled exclusively for The Whisky Exchange.
