We dont often see whisky from Holland so a 14 year old px cask is quite unique. The whisky matures in first refill American oak vessels and the last years on first fill PX sherry casks. These cask are specially made for Zuidam and gives nice sweet fruity notes combined with delicate taste of dark chocolate, liquorice and Laurel.
