The Darroze house is one of the emblematic houses inseparable from the tradition of Armagnac in the southwest of France. His model is based on selecting the best eaux-de-vie from artisans and then carefully aging them without blending, all in small batches, similar to aging a wine vintage. Thus the Darroze house values each of these small properties of which it displays the identity on each label through this unique collection. This 1981 vintage is the perfect example.
