Celtic Cask Do Dheag is a double distilled Irish single malt that was initially aged in a Bourbon cask for 10 years. This was followed by nearly 5 years in a red wine Syrah barrel from Domaine Des Anges based in the Ventoux area of France's Rhone valley. This is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46%. It was initially casked in the year 2000 and bottled on 4th August 2015. 331 bottles were released.
