This release marks the fifth and final single pot still small batch release from Dingle Distillery, marking another excellent release in the series. Non-chill filtered, this whiskey matured exclusively in bourbon casks for a rich smooth flavour. Tones of dried raspberries and butter mints are followed by white chocolate with hints of almonds. The chocolate gives way that returning Dingle spice of soft wood and leather notes. The finish is long and memorable.  Established in 2012, Dingle has quickly gained recognition for its exceptional spirits and commitment to traditional craftsmanship. The distillery focuses on producing small-batch, handcrafted whiskies that embody the rich heritage of Irish whiskey-making. Concentrating on Single Pot Still and Single Malt whiskey production the company has won many awards in the short time it has been operating, whilst garnering a multitude of followers who are keen to sample the excellent small-batch releases. Dingle has recently started to bring out some semi-permanent releases as part of the ‘Celtic Series’ with each of these celebrating the seasonal Celtic festivals such as Samhain, La le Bride and Bealtaine.
