Getting into the swing of things now Dingle release yet another anticipated single malt the third release has been created by the marriage of meticulously selected casks, both Port and Bourbon. This single malt Irish whiskey is a small piece of history, unique and rare. The marriage of the Port and Bourbon casks has resulted in an exceptional single malt, which balances notes of dark fruits, citrus, chocolate and spice. The texture is creamy upfront but the finish is deliciously crisp and fresh. Established in 2012, Dingle has quickly gained recognition for its exceptional spirits and commitment to traditional craftsmanship. The distillery focuses on producing small-batch, handcrafted whiskies that embody the rich heritage of Irish whiskey-making. Concentrating on Single Pot Still and Single Malt whiskey production the company has won many awards in the short time it has been operating, whilst garnering a multitude of followers who are keen to sample the excellent small-batch releases. Dingle has recently started to bring out some semi-permanent releases as part of the ‘Celtic Series’ with each of these celebrating the seasonal Celtic festivals such as Samhain, La le Bride and Bealtaine.
