Owned by Wakatsuru, it is the only distillery in the Hokuriku region of Japan. Like several Japanese distilleries, they produce sake in winter and whisky in summer so their expressions are highly limited. This whisky was distilled in September 2017 and laid to rest in single cask #265 before being bottled in May 2019.One of 800 bottles.
