The Irishman Cask Strength series is an annual celebration of one of Irish Whiskey's greatest traditions. A blend of triple distilled Single Malt and Pot Still Whiskey, has been matured in Bourbon barrels. The casks for this edition are hand-selected by The Irishman's founder Bernard Walsh. Bottled at 54.9% this expression is complex and layered with a powerful punch of flavour. This is a limited release with only 4,900 bottles available!
