Another historic pub which prides it self on its whiskey selection Thomas Connollys have released an incredible single malt that was matured in three different casks of bourbon, oloroso and imperial stout finishes. It combines roasted smokiness with intense & complex flavours of imperial stout, released from the rich flavours of the wood, leading to an incredibly long warm finish combining rounded fruit notes with caramel sweetness.
