262 : Dingle Lunasa Single Malt
For this release, their single malt has been double matured in bourbon casks with finishing in a Widow Jane Bourbon cask. The result is an expression whiskey with delectable notes of barley sugar with a pinch of spice and hints of dark chocolate with raspberries. Ginger and spice create a warm glow and slowly leaves dark fruits and caramel notes.
