A private cask of Boann Distillery Irish Pot Still whiskey, filled on 19 April 2022 into an ex-bourbon cask (Original Cask No. 221523 / Stafford Cask ID SPW00130). Distilled to a mash bill of 40% malted barley, 55% unmalted barley, 3.75% oats, and 1.25% rye, the spirit is held at 63% ABV in a 199-litre cask containing 125 litres of pure alcohol (LPA). Stored until 21 April 2027, this cask represents an early and highly interesting example of Boann’s modern approach to Irish pot still whiskey production. Guide Price: €3,000 - €4,000
