The 12-year-old Calvados from Pére Magloire is from a single distillation of musts made from selected apples from Normandy. The finer distillation reflects the common ground of apple flavors and aromas and gives calvados an intense and strong taste that makes it easier to link back to its home. In the ageing process, 12 years is the ideal time for once distilled calvados to reach its optimal maturity.
