The much anticipated second release has been created by the marriage of meticulously selected casks, both Sherry (Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso) and Bourbon. This single malt Irish whiskey is a small piece of history, unique and rare. Delicate, dry, with citrus and subtle vanilla notes, can be expected! It dances across the palate and finishes, long and slow, with elegant complexity. Outstanding quality from such an early age of maturation.  Established in 2012, Dingle has quickly gained recognition for its exceptional spirits and commitment to traditional craftsmanship. The distillery focuses on producing small-batch, handcrafted whiskies that embody the rich heritage of Irish whiskey-making. Concentrating on Single Pot Still and Single Malt whiskey production the company has won many awards in the short time it has been operating, whilst garnering a multitude of followers who are keen to sample the excellent small-batch releases. Dingle has recently started to bring out some semi-permanent releases as part of the ‘Celtic Series’ with each of these celebrating the seasonal Celtic festivals such as Samhain, La le Bride and Bealtaine.
