The official 2021 Feis Ile bottling celebrating the 20th anniversary of the distillery’s resurrection tries to bring together different typologies that characterise their style. A composition of 13 casks spanning 12 vintages including Islay barley, organic Scottish barley, their first biodynamically grown barley and even some of Bruichladdich’s first triple distilled spirit.
