Grace O’Malley 19 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey – Amarone Cask is aged for at least 18 years in American oak barrels before being transferred in Amarone Della Valpolicella barrels and refined for a period of eight months. The characteristically intense dark red fruit flavour of the Amarone imparts a delightful fruity richness to an already delectable whiskey. The casks have been hand selected by Grace O’Malley Master Blender, Paul Caris.
