Teeling have produced Volume III with a family-owned winery in Jerez, who have specialised in the PX grape for over 300 years. They filled varietal PX casks, which have been used by the winery for almost 90 years with Teeling single malt. Aged for 14 years in a combination of ex- Bourbon casks followed by a finishing period of three years in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks.
