The second release of Dingle Single Malt was crafted through the marriage of carefully selected Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks alongside bourbon barrels. A significant early chapter in Dingle’s story, this small-batch release is both unique and increasingly hard to find.

Expect a profile that is delicate and dry, with notes of citrus and subtle vanilla, leading to a long, slow finish marked by elegant complexity. An outstanding example of quality achieved at a relatively youthful stage of maturation, and a highly collectible early Dingle bottling.
