Although not the heaviest of pot still distillates, the virgin American oak maturation really allows you to experience the true flavor profile of Irish pot still whiskey coming out of Midleton. Laid down November 20, 2000 and bottled in 2015 for the Celtic Whiskey Shop. This time having Brian Nations name on the bottle adding to the collectability of the bottle but also seen as a favourite amongst some Midleton Brand Ambassadors.
