With a reputation for excellence, these whiskeys are known for their exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and limited availability. Characterized by smoothness, complexity, and depth of flavour, Midleton Very Rare often exhibits notes of ripe fruits, honey, vanilla, spices, and oak. The component casks are typically aged for around 12-27 years but each yearly batch is unique and for this reason the whiskeys are highly collectible. To this day the Midleton Very Rare series is still regarded as the pinnacle and benchmark for ultra-premium blended Irish whiskeys.
