Meerlust Merlot 2003 is a premium Stellenbosch red wine from Meerlust Estate, produced primarily from Merlot, with some vintages incorporating small amounts of Cabernet Franc or Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2003 vintage is rich and well-structured, offering elegant aromas of spiced wood, cigar box, dark berries, and savoury spice, followed by a smooth, balanced palate with refined tannins and a long, satisfying finish. A mature and distinguished South African Merlot with excellent depth and character.
