Château d'Arcole is the sole wine produced by a small family estate in Saint-Émilion, operating outside Bordeaux’s traditional négociant system. Made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, the vineyards have been farmed organically since 1960 and biodynamically since 2008, resulting in a wine that is soft, generous, and packed with ripe red fruit character. Medium-bodied and approachable, it pairs particularly well with lamb, duck, and game dishes, making it a crowd-pleasing example of classic Right Bank Bordeaux.
