The Dalmore is matured in a combination of American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, Colheita Port pipes, and casks that previously held 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry, exclusively sourced for The Dalmore’s whisky makers. These elements are then reunited and married in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, creating a refined and elegant whisky that beautifully showcases the distillery’s signature house style through exceptional cask selection and craftsmanship.
