The cuvée Hermitage Marquise de la Tourette vintage comes from a blend of three soils: l'Ermite, le Sabot and La Tourette. After harvesting done completely by hand, fermentation is done in oak pièces. The wines are aged on fine lees for six to eight months. Light fining precedes bottling.
