This is the second annual release of The Causeway Collection, which is an incredibly rare Bushmills 1991 Madeira Cask. The first release was a riotous success and this expression looks to continue in this manner. This single malt was aged for over 13 years in a combination of oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, but that's not all. It then went through a maturation of 15 years in first fill Madeira wine casks. Only 738 bottles exist, and each one is bottled at a cask strength of 50.2% abv. The expression is also free from chill-filtration and artificial colouring.
