An exclusive bottling of Midleton for the Irish Whiskey Academy. This Single pot still whiskey was crafted by master blender Billy Leighton using whiskey matured only in four American ex-bourbon barrels. One second fill from 1995, one second fill from 2003 and two first fill barrels from 2003.
