one of the lesser-known whiskys outside the local Japanese market, this version of Akashi is produced for the European market using a mixture of Japanese and foreign-made malt and grain whisky to produce a reasonably priced everyday blend. Possibly one of the few Japanese whiskeys to state they use international Malts.
