Herbal, grain, malted barley and light oak notes on the nose. Subtle citrus, vanilla and honey follow. The palate is powerful and spritely. Very pleasing citrus, vanilla and barley flavours on the palate. Slightly minty with touches of gingery spice. This is one of the best young whiskeys we have tasted and really highlighted the potential of Dingle's future releases.
