One of the more interesting champagne bottles I have received as this one can stand on its side as shown in the photo. This Cuvée des Princes was originally created exclusively for the Princes of Orange before first being made available to the general public in 1858. This prestigious cuvée no longer exists today. It is a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs, exuding aromas of white flowers, honey and almonds, as well as brioche notes.
