The fourth release in Springbank's five-part sherry series, this 10-year-old single malt was matured for four years in bourbon casks before spending a further six years in fino sherry casks. Bottled at 55% ABV, it delivers a vibrant combination of citrus, sweet spice, and rich confectionery notes. Expect aromas of blood orange, vanilla custard, and tinned fruits, followed by cinnamon sugar, praline, and morello cherries on the palate. The finish brings lingering notes of key lime, maple syrup, and a touch of cola sweetness.
