One of the early Founding Fathers releases from Dingle Distillery, this single cask expression is Cask No. 68, known as the Austrian Edition “Briana’s Choice.” Matured in a sherry cask and bottled at natural cask strength, this limited single cask release highlights the rich, sherried character of Dingle’s early spirit. As part of the distillery’s original Founding Fathers programme, it represents a scarce and highly collectible bottling from Dingle’s formative years.
