Produced from a blend of two single farms—Lakefield and Donoughmore—from the remainder of the Lohmar cuvée and a 225-litre cask from the Kilmeague farm that had been used for a Medoc grand cru, this micro-cuvée reveals exceptionally pure malted, mentholated, vanilla, fruity and spicy notes.
