Limited to just 360 bottles, this bold single malt is crafted from 100% Irish barley, malted with turf from family land, it’s distilled slowly on a small still, with every cut made by taste and intuition. Matured in a trio of sherry casks, Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado, and Palo Cortado. It delivers rich sweetness, layered complexity, and traditional soft Connemara peat smoke.
