Distilled in 2016 from Irina barley near Kilkenny, it was matured in a mix of first-fill American oak, French oak, and ex-Vin Doux Naturel casks. Bottled at 50% ABV, non-chill-filtered, it is a true representation of Waterford's craftsmanship.
