Since 1636, the house of Dr Zenzen have been producing quality wines in Rheinhessen, Germany. This Liebfraumilch bottling is a sweet German white wine. The first "Liebfrauenmilch" (original spelling) was produced in the 18th century in the vineyards of the Liebfrauenkirche. Liebfraumilch is classified as a quality wine QbA. The wine is a blend of at least 70% Riesling, Silvaner or Müller-Thurgau and must contain 18 - 40 g of residual sugar.
