Echlinville – The Beginning is a pair of exceptional seven year old Pot Still and Single Malt Single Estate Whiskeys, crafted from field-to-glass at The Echlinville Distillery and bottled at 50% ABV. This luxiourous set is beautifully presented in a stunning walnut and copper effect collector's box. Expertly curated from a vatting of carefully selected seven to nine year-old whiskeys from ex-bourbon casks, this spirit has been distilled exclusively from barley grown, harvest and floor malted on the Echlinville farm. Every step of the process thereafter – from mashing and fermenting the grains, to casking and dunnage maturing the spirit, to filling and labelling the bottles – has been completed on-site at The Echlinville Distillery. With provenance, terroir and a proud sense of place at its heart, Echlinville – The Beginning reveals the true character of their distillery and their spirit. Echlinville – The Beginning Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey boasts notes of pineapple, kiwi, coconut and cream soda, delicately balanced with ginger, pine, mint and white pepper, full bodied with a waxy texture. Echlinville – The Beginning Single Malt Irish Whiskey is characterised by blood orange, raspberries and green apples, complemented by saline notes alongside warming clove, cinnamon, chocolate, coffee, honey and a touch of tobacco.
