A Spanish brandy that has been aged in a Solera system like Sherry. Cardenal Mendoza Solera Gran Reserva is matured in a combination of PX and Olorosso sherry casks. On average 11 years old, this is a brandy full to the brim with plum, fig, prune and date flavours, with a hint of nuts and cinnamon.
